Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients >= 65 years; 2. Patients who intend to undergo hip replacement surgery at an elective date; 3. Obtain the informed consent of the patient himself.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases; 2. Long-term use of sedatives, analgesics or antidepressants; 3. History of alcoholism or drug dependence; 4. History of severe nervous system and mental illness; 5. Those who cannot cooperate to complete the cognitive function test; 6. There is cognitive dysfunction before surgery.
