18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Mild and moderate hyperthyroidism; 3. Mild to moderate thyroid enlargement (the volume of the left and right lobe measured by ultrasound is less than 30 mL); 4. Graves' disease; 5. Toxic multinodular goiter; 6. Autonomous high-functioning adenoma; 7. Diagnosis score of hyperthyroidism crisis < 25; 8. Patients who refuse or are not suitable for radioactive iodine therapy or surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing vocal cord paralysis and limited neck movement; 2. Moderate to severely active hyperthyroidism exophthalmos; 3. Patients who plan to become pregnant within 6 months and who are pregnant or breast-feeding; 4. Severe coagulopathy, respiratory failure, myocardial infarction, systemic infection or diabetes are not controlled.
