Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke or hemorrhagic stroke, first onset, course of disease =1 month; 2. Unilateral limb motor dysfunction; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years; 4. Family members of the patients were informed of the TMS treatment and fMRI examination procedures in this study, and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe aphasia or cognitive dysfunction who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment; 2. Patients with other serious nervous system diseases and unstable central nervous system symptoms; 3. History of epilepsy, alcohol/drug abuse, or mental illness; 4. There are metal foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices in the body that cannot be treated with TMS; 5. Contraindications to fMRI scanning in patients with metal foreign bodies or other implanted electronic devices or with claustrophobia.
