18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases underwent liver biopsy or required surgical removal of liver tissue, and had a corresponding pathological diagnosis; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. The enrolled cases are registered with detailed clinical data such as age, gender, AST, ALT, TBIL, history of drinking, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient and family members do not agree to participate in sample collection and provide necessary medical history; 2. There is a serious uncontrollable infection; 3. A history of severe gastrointestinal disease, abnormal renal function, history of heart disease and other organs; 4. The patient currently has other organ diseases that may affect the evaluation of this study; 5. Tumors in any part including the liver; 6. Patients with systemic immune system diseases.
