18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years, regardless of sex. 2.Patients who received thoracic noncardiac surgery for the first time. 3.The ASA score was I-II. 4.The weight is between 45kg-100kg. 5.The lung function was good (FEV1 >= 70%) and could tolerate one lung ventilation. 6.Operation time <= 6h. 7.Volunteer to participate and sign an informed consent form, able to comply with the research visit plan and other program requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypersensitivity to lidocaine or opioids. 2.II or III degree cardiac conduction block. 3.Sinoatrial conductionblock(without pacemaker). 4.Use of class I antiarrhythmic drugs or amiodarone. 5.Epilepsy, intellectual or cognitive impairment, craniotomy within the past 5 years. 6.Myasthenia gravis. 7.Liver disease (total bilirubin >= 2mg/dl), renal insufficiency (GFR <= 60ml/min/1.73m2). 8.Preoperative use of powerful opioids (morphine or transdermal fentanyl). 9.Recent (within 14 days) myocardial infarction. 10.Unstable angina with elevated CK-MB or cTnT. 11.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) < 50%. 12.Emergency surgery.
