Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection criteria for the experimental group: (1) Aged 14 to 80 years; (2) According to the revised New York standard in 1984, it meets the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis; (3) Patients who have not been treated with TNF-a inhibitors or traditional anti-rheumatic drugs to improve their condition; (4) Sign the informed consent form; 2. Selection criteria for the control group: (1) Aged 14 to 80 years; (2) There is no need to take prescription drugs 1 year before and 1 year after specimen retention; (3) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications to the use of TNF-a inhibitors, such as: uncontrollable hepatitis B, active tuberculosis, history of malignant tumors within 5 years, sepsis, opportunistic infections, and moderate to severe heart failure; (2) Patients who do not agree to use TNF-a inhibitor treatment; (3) Patients who have been treated with TNF-a inhibitors for less than 1 year; (4) Absolute vegetarians and absolute meat eaters; (5) Those who have used probiotics within 3 months; (6) Those taking antibiotics within 3 months; (7) Suffered from gastrointestinal diseases such as acute gastroenteritis within 3 months; 2. Control group exclusion criteria: (1) Have a history of malignant tumors within 5 years; (2) Have moderate to severe heart failure; (3) Absolute vegetarians and absolute meat-eaters; (4) Those who have used probiotics within 3 months; (5) Those taking antibiotics within 3 months; (6) Suffered from gastrointestinal diseases such as acute gastroenteritis within 3 months.
