Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with dual-chamber pacemaker implantation; 2. LVEF >= 55%; 3. Sinus rhythm; 4. Aged >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of atrial fibrillation; 2. Moderate or severe mitral stenosis/regurgitation; 3. Previous mitral valvuloplasty or replacement; 4. No atrial electrode or poor perception of an atrial electrode; 5. Taking ketamine.
