18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years, male or female; 2. ASA grade I - III; 3. Those who need and are willing to accept painless EUS for esophageal lesions; 4. BMI 18.525kg/m2; 5. The patient voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindication of routine endoscopic operation or refusal of sedation/anesthesia; 2. Uncontrolled circulatory and respiratory diseases, such as uncontrolled severe hypertension, severe arrhythmia, unstable angina pectoris, acute respiratory tract infection, asthma attack, etc; 3. Liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh * C), acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding with shock, severe anemia, gastrointestinal obstruction with gastric retention. 4. Without accompanying or guardian; 5. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Patients with sedative/anesthetic allergy or another serious anesthesia risk; 7. Long term opioid treatment; 8. Drug abusers or addicts.
