19 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 40 years; 2. Patient able to give informed consent; 3. Patient with biopsy-proven Crohn's Disease (CD) or Ulcerative colitis(UC), in the active phase; 4. Healthy controls: age and sex matched to cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use antibiotics or probiotics within the last 2 weeks.
