Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Care recipient: 1. People aged 60 years or older; 2. Receiving care from someone (caregiver); 3. Claim that they are forgetful; 4. Chinese origin and reside in Hong Kong; 5. Could speak and understand Cantonese. Caregiver: Providing care to an older person aged 60 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Live in residential aged care facility; 2. Recent (i.e. past 3 months) or concurrent participation in any clinical trial/intervention program; 3. With any other indication of a major medical or psychological illness as judged by the investigators as ineligible to participate in the study.
