18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Breast cancer diagnosed pathologically; 3. 3 months after breast cancer, extended radical resection, modified radical mastectomy and breast conserving surgery; 4. Have basic ability of reading text, and can use social software such as wechat; 5. Agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer combined with other cancers; 2. Fracture, operation, nerve injury or other diseases of affected upper limb affect exercise; 3. Combined with other serious diseases can not cooperate with this study.
