Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of high anal fistula; 2. Patients with high anal fistula treated by virtual and real combined with thread-drawing; 3. Those with normal anal function; 4. Aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with active inflammatory bowel disease, such as UC (ulcerative colitis) and CD (Crohn's disease); 2. Pregnant or lactating women.
