18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Preoperative colonoscopy and pathology showed rectal adenocarcinoma, pelvic enhanced CT, rectal enhanced MRI showed that the lower edge of the tumor was below the peritoneal resection, colonoscopy, the lower edge of the tumor was less than 12cm from the anal edge, preoperative imaging evaluation It is locally advanced rectal cancer; 3. Perform mesorectal resection + lateral lymph node dissection; 4. Concomitant diseases without obvious surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are distant organ transfers or peritoneal implants; 2. Emergency conditions such as local obstruction, bleeding, perforation, etc..
