High dietary fiber group:CRD low-energy balanced diet, while increasing konjac dietary fiber 14 g daily
Simple diet control group:CRD low energy balanced diet

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese patients, BMI >= 28kg/? or male waist >= 85cm, female waist >= 80cm; 2. Patients with abnormal blood glucose, fasting blood glucose >= 6.1 mmol/L, and glucose load 2h blood glucose >= 7.8 mmol/L; 3. Patients with dyslipidemia, TC>= 5.2mmol/L, LDL-C>= 3.4mmol/L, HDL-C = 1.7mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes, gestational diabetes; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Acute infectious diseases and surgery or other stress situations; 5. Did not donate blood or lost more than 400ml of blood within 3 months before the study; 6. There is a history of dietary fiber allergy; 7. Patients who have used weight loss drugs within 1 week before enrollment.
