Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 and 65 years; 2. BMI < 28; 3. With low levels of fat-soluble vitamins: vitamin A < 297.8 ng/mL or vitamin D less than (male 16.5 ng/mL, female 17.7 ng/mL) or vitamin E < 3.4µg/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with smoking or drinking habits; 2. Suffer from acute or chronic gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastric ulcer, gastritis, esophagitis, etc.; 3. Suffering from chronic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and tumors; Suffering from acute and chronic infectious diseases or other major organic diseases; 4. Take drugs that lower blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipids or other drugs that affect metabolism within the past month; 5. Take vitamin dietary supplements within the past month; 6. The weight, diet and living habits have undergone major changes in the past three months; 7. Pregnant women.
