Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. There is no restriction on men and women between the ages of 18-75 years; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction and successfully treated with PCI: Including patients undergoing direct PCI treatment and patients who completed elective PCI within 3 days of admission 3. Killip grade I~II for cardiac function assessment; 4. The risk stratification of sports rehabilitation after PCI is middle-risk and low-risk patients; 5. Steady gait and clear consciousness. 6. It is acceptable to wear smart watches for a long time and can be skilled in operators. 7. The patient agreed to participate in the trial and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with high-risk sports rehabilitation risk stratification after PCI or those with restricted activities due to other reasons; 2. Resting heart rate >=100bpm and/or poorly controlled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure >=100mmHg); 3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency and liver insufficiency; 4. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease or respiratory failure; 5. Combined with serious primary diseases such as severe hematopoietic system and tumor; 6. People with mental illness or severe neurosis; 7. Those who have practiced traditional Chinese medicine techniques (such as Taijiquan, Baduanjin, other Qigong, etc.) within the past 3 months, or those who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 8. Those who have speech and cognitive impairments that affect the communicator; 9. Long-term wear of smart watches and/or unskilled operators are not acceptable; 10. Those who are allergic to the drugs involved in this test.
