Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 30 to 65 years; 2.Relatively low mobility; 3.In line with local eating habits; 4.No bad habits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclude patients with chronic diseases such as digestive system disease, chronic kidney disease, blood disease, etc.; 2.Exclude people with long-term antibiotic exposure.
