Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer were treated with lobectomy and systematic lymphadenectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In patients with extensive adhesions in the thoracic cavity, extensive wounds after the release of adhesions can also be regarded as exudative wounds. This kind of wound is usually not covered with hemostatic biological products, which interferes with the experimental results; 2. Only lung or mediastinal lymph node biopsy without mediastinal lymph node dissection; 3. Pneumonectomy, wedge resection and segmental resection; 4. Anticoagulant drugs such as clopidogrel should be taken after operation due to underlying diseases. 5. In the case of continuous air leakage after operation, the indwelling time was prolonged, the catheter could not be pulled out, and the drainage volume of pleural effusion increased due to air leakage.
