Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer underwent total thyroidectomy and a cervical lymph nodes dissection; 2. All patients were confirmed by biopsy pathology as cervical lymph nodes metastasis after operation of differentiated thyroid carcinoma; 3. Recurrent patients are unsuitable or refuse surgical treatment due to high surgical risk or other reasons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant; 2. Patients with coagulation dysfunction with severe bleeding tendency; 3. Patients with severe dysfunction of multiple organs; 4. There is no appropriate puncture route on ultrasound; 5. There were serious contraindications to the treatment in our study.
