30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Resident population in Hubei Province; 2. Men and women are not restricted, aged 30 to 75 years; 3. Patients with primary glaucoma who have been diagnosed in accordance with the "Guidelines for Chinese Glaucoma (2020)".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of internal eye surgery (except for glaucoma surgery or uncomplicated cataract surgery); 2. Vascular or non-vascular retinopathy; 3. Those with severe systemic diseases; 4. Pregnant women and lactating women; 5. Subjects who cannot cooperate with visual field inspection to obtain reliable parameters; 6. OCT or OCTA scan quality is poor (such as signal strength index < 48, motion artifacts, poor segmentation, poor sharpness).
