Interventions

Experimental group1:tDCS treatment: twice a week for 12 weeks
then Tai Chi exercise :twice a week for 12 weeks
health education: once every month for 3 months
Experimental group2:Tai Chi exercise :twice a week for 12 weeks
health education: once every month for 3 months
Experimental group3:tDCS treatment: twice a week for 12 weeks
health education: once every month for 3 months
Control group:Health education: once every month for 3 months. At the end of all trials, subjects were assigned to 12 weeks of tai chi exercise(same as Taijiquan group).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 to 80 years; 2. Knee osteoarthritis was diagnosed by an orthopedist based on the diagnostic criteria established by the Osteology Branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2018; 3. Kellgren & Lawrence grade 2 or 3; 4. In the past 24 hours, the average pain severity score of VAS> 2 points; 5. Beck Depression Inventory-ii (BDi-ii) <14 points; 6. Body mass index (BMI)<= 30 kg/m^2; 7. Right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.All kinds of acute, severe diseases, infectious, infectious diseases, hemorrhagic diseases or visceral dysfunction; 2.Knee pain caused by other musculoskeletal diseases (such as osteoporosis) and inflammatory diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis); 3.Knee injury, instability, obvious deformity or lower limb alignment deviation; 4.History of knee surgery in the past 6 months (such as arthroscopic surgery) or history of intraarticular corticosteroid injection in the past 3 months; 5.People with Dementia [Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MOCA) < 18 points]; 6.Long-term regular aerobic exercise (at least three times a week for 3 months); 7.tDCS contraindications, such as epilepsy, implantable electronic devices (such as cardiac pacemakers), hyperalgesia, etc; 8.Contraindications of MRI examination, such as dentures, porcelain teeth, cardiac pacemakers; 9.Those who are unable to cooperate or unsuitable to participate in the examination, assessment and treatment of this study for other reasons, such as intolerable pain,abnormal mental state, tumor patients, limited mobility, etc.
