Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 40 years; 2.The diagnosed criteria of infertility subgroup :PCOS,RSA,endometriosis and unexplained infertility; 3.Assign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy or lactation; 2.Medical disesae; 3.Drug taking or alcohol addiction; 4.Smoking; 5.Abnormal psychiatric state.
