Experimental group:Arthroscopic ankle synovial debridement and flexor pollicis longus tendon sheath debridement

Age

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. X-ray, CT, MRI and B-ultrasonography auxiliary examinations initially diagnosed as flexor hallux longus tendon tendon tendon cyst; 2. Jelly-like fluid spillage from the distal hallux of the foot.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tendon sheath cyst occurring in other parts of the patient; 2. Patients with malignant bone tumors of the foot by X-ray, CT and MRI; 3. Patients who refuse minimally invasive treatment under arthroscopy.
