Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid cancer was confirmed by preoperative B-ultrasound and FNA pathological examination; 2. Aged 18 to 50 years; 3. There are indications for thyroidectomy, but no adverse indications; 4. It is the first time for the patient to get surgery; 5. Patients can tolerate the surgical treatment and anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical scar, history of radiotherapy, history of ablation and other minimally invasive treatment in the surgical area, or other conditions causing adhesion in the surgical area; 2. Local infection in the operation site or active infection in other parts of the body; 3. With coagulation dysfunction or bleeding tendency; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and mental diseases; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients.
