Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients and inpatients receiving thyroid UGFNA in our hospital; 2. There is no gender or age restriction, but patients are required to have basic language or written comprehension skills, and have the ability to act independently; 3. The puncture doctor will talk to the above patients, explain the purpose of the study, the plan, the rights and obligations of the patients, who agrees to join the study and sign the informed consent.
