Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent phacoemulsification for "cataract"; 2.Patients who underwent glaucoma combined with cataract surgery for "glaucoma and cataract".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with developmental glaucoma; 2.Other ocular diseases; 3.The shallow anterior chamber is not conducive to aqueous humor collection.
