Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for single port thoracoscopic lung surgery in Department of thoracic surgery, Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University; 2.Consent to participate in the study and sign the informed consent; 3.Aged 18 to 85 years; 4.ASA I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women; 2.Patients with mental illness who can not cooperate with the intervention and follow-up; 3.Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4.Alcohol dependence, drug abuse, long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 5.Those who can't understand the concept of pain score; 6.Coagulation dysfunction was found by preoperative laboratory examination; 7.Severe infection of neck, back or waist before operation; 8.History of thoracic spinal infection and / or history of trauma and / or operation history; 9.Those with a clear history of allergy to local anesthetics or intervention related drugs.
