Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of GERD; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. Those who have not participated in other clinical research within 1 month; 4. After sufficient communication, voluntarily participate in this project and sign an informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have severe spinal trauma and skin burns; 2. People with severe peptic ulcer, history of gastrointestinal surgery, gastrointestinal space-occupying lesions and other serious complications; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, who cannot tolerate gastroscopy as assessed by clinicians; 5. People with other diseases such as immunity and organ failure; 6. Merge mental patients who cannot control and may hurt others; 7. Those who have other serious infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis, anti-HIV positive; 8. Patients who have taken medicines (such as Probensine, Belladonna, Atropine, Aminophylline, Niacin, Diazepam, Valium, etc.) that can reduce the tension of the lower esophageal sphincter in the past week.
