50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Robot-assisted radical prostatectomy under general anesthesia in hospital from December 2020 to December 2021; 2. Patients aged >= 50 years; 3. ASA grade I ~ III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refused to participate in the experiment; 2. Patients with neuromuscular junction transmission disorders; 3. BMI >= 30Kg/m2; 4. Patients who are mechanically ventilated or have severe cardiac or pulmonary complications or other diseases that may endanger the safety of the trial procedure, and who use pacemakers or implantable cardioverter defibrillators; 5. Tracheotomy, facial, neck or chest wall abnormalities that affect postoperative breathing.
