Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of osteoporosis. 2. BMD of the medial bone (lumbar 1-4, femoral neck or total hip) measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) or T-value <= -2.5 or -2.5 < T-value <= -1.0 for the distal 1/3 of the radius and a fragility fracture has occurred (For diagnosis, refer to the "2017 Guidelines for the Management of Primary Osteoporosis").

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-fragile fracture in the last 12 months; 2. Malignant tumour; 3. Patients with secondary osteoporosis; 4. Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <= 30 ml/min); 5. Osteochondrosis; 6. Hyperparathyroidism; 7. Hyperthyroidism; 8. Other conditions which, in the opinion of the investigator, make the patient unsuitable for participation in this study.
