Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of normal control group were as follows : 1. Subjects with education level of primary school or above; 2. Subjects with corrected visual acuity >= 4.9 (standard logarithmic visual acuity chart); 3. Subjects with diopter less than or equal to ± 3.0d; 4. Subjects with IOP = 4.6 (standard logarithmic visual acuity chart); 5. Subjects with diopter less than or equal to ± 3.0d; 6. Subjects with IOP <= 21mmhg (1mmhg = 0.133kpa) denied history of ocular hypertension; 7. Subjects with no previous history of intraocular surgery, laser and trauma; 8. No obvious abnormality of anterior segment was found in slit lamp examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications of diabetes mellitus; 2. Severe chronic complications; 3. Identify inflammatory diseases; 4. Autoimmune diseases; 5. History of tumor; 6. History of hereditary cerebrovascular disease; 7. Alzheimer's disease related dementia; 8. History of head trauma or stroke and other neurological diseases; 9. Vitamin B deficiency; 10. History of thyroid dysfunction; 11. History of exposure to poisons; (Note: points 9-11 mainly affect peripheral neuropathy, but have little effect on cerebral small vessel disease); 12. Diseases with obvious refractive medium turbidity affecting fundus examination and inability to fix vision; 13. Other fundus diseases other than diabetic retinopathy, such as glaucoma (which has been excluded in the inclusion criteria), age-related macular degeneration, high myopia (which has been excluded in the inclusion criteria); 14. Hypertensive retinopathy; 15. Ischemic optic neuropathy; 16. Central serous chorioretinopathy and other retinopathy that may interfere with OCT analysis.
