8 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly diagnoses and/ or allogeneic stem cell transplantation candidates with acute leukemia; 2.Aged 8 to 60 years; 3.Subjects are able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who cannot comply with the study; 2.Subjects with severe cardiac disease (ejection fraction34umol/L, ALT and AST>1.5xupper limit normal) or kidney disease (Serum creatinine>130umol/L); 3.Subjects with severe infection;4)Subjects with other conditions that cannot receive chemotherapy or transplantation.
