Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the 2016 ESC guidelines for heart failure; 2. Chronic heart failure or acute heart failure stable stage, NYHA grade >=ii; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years; 4. Have the ability of cognition and understanding, sign the informed consent and pass the audit of the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac surgery within 6 months; 2. Acute myocardial infarction; 3. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR =3 ULN; 5. Malignant tumor; 6. Known active infection or severe blood disease or endocrine dysfunction; 7. A history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma or other serious lung disease; 8. History of stroke, peripheral or central neurological abnormalities, cerebrovascular disease; 9. Use morphine and its analogues, sedatives and theophylline drugs; 10. Mental disorder; 11. Other disorders that may affect sleeping breathing.
