18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The pathological diagnosis was I or II or IIIa; 3. About to complete the first course of chemotherapy after mastectomy; 4. Having the abilities to read and write Chinese; 5. The patients or her family members living with have smart phones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unaware of the disease; 2. Patient with mental disorders; 3. Patient with limb dysfunction; 4. Patient with suicidal tendencies; 5. Patient who is illiterate or semi-literate.
