Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the diagnostic criteria for sepsis of SSC2016, that is, sepsis = infection + (sequential organ failure score SOFA >= 2 points) ; 2. Patients aged 18 to 75 years, who did not affect the detection of sublingual microcirculation; 3. All the treatment methods obtained informed consent, met the medical ethics standards and were approved by the medical ethics management committee of the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families refused to participate in the experiment, or poor medical compliance; 2. Abandoned healer.
