Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Aged >=40 years; 2. OAB patients diagnosed with urodynamics; 3. Urodynamic examination prompts: uninhibited contraction of detrusor muscle can be seen in the filling period; 4. Consent to follow-up. Control group: 1. Aged >=40 years; 2. Patients who are diagnosed with bladder cancer and need radical bladder cancer surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group: 1. Unwilling or unsuitable to receive surgical treatment; 2. Are suffering from cystitis and/or urinary system infection within one month; 3. Once or currently suffering from urinary system tumors; 4. Past history of bladder surgery; 5. Other system diseases accumulate bladder; 6. For other reasons, the researcher believes that it is not appropriate to be included in this trial. Control group: 1. At the same time merge OAB; 2. Unwilling or unsuitable to receive surgical treatment; 3. Urinary system infection occurred within one month; 4. Tumor accumulates in a large bladder area, and it is difficult to obtain normal bladder tissue; 5. Past history of bladder surgery; 6. Other system diseases accumulate bladder; 7. For other reasons, researchers believe that it is not appropriate to be included in this trial.
