Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Stable GDMT for >=4 weeks, symptomatic HF (New York Heart Association Class [NYHA] class iii or class ii if hospitalized for HF within the previous 12 months); 2.Reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF, =800 pg/mL; 5.6-minute walk distance (6MWD) of 150 to 450 meters, limited by HF symptoms; 6.Absence or sub-maximal dosing of any drug class requires clear documentation of justification based on intolerance or contraindication as a prerequisite for enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 8.0% ; 4. Permanent atrial fibrillation, ablation for atrial fibrillation within the prior 3 months; 5. Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) candidates or CRT/CRT-D recipients; 6. Currently implanted with a device for VNS, baroreceptor activation therapy or mechanical ventricular assist.
