Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Natural Pregnancy Group: Couples who received early pregnancy card in our hospital and planned to deliver in our hospital, and planned to live in Shanghai within the next 5 years; 2. Assisted reproduction group: infertile couples who underwent IVF in Jiai Genetics and Sterility Center, planned to deliver in our hospital, and planned to live in Shanghai in the past 5 years; 3. Willing to participate in the follow-up and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent cannot be read; 2. Plan to move out of Shanghai within 5 years.
