Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The first diagnosis was consistent with ACS (including unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction); 3. In line with the diagnostic criteria of TCM blood stasis syndrome; 4. Receiving the first PCI; 5. Outpatient follow-up >=12 months; 6. Volunteer for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have received coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG); 2. Before PCI treatment, patients had a history of diabetes mellitus, history of taking hypoglycemic drugs (or insulin), and fasting blood glucose was greater than7.0mmol/ L, HbA1c >=6.5%; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with Alzheimer's disease, mental illness or depression; 5. Patients who did not take secondary drugs for coronary heart disease after PCI; 6. Participating in clinical trials.
