18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. 18.5kg /m^2 =2 hours; 5. General anesthesia intubation, and it is expected that the postoperative elective open surgery for extubation will be performed; 6. The surgical position of the patient was fixed to the supine position with the lower limbs not separated ; 7. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, brain, lung and kidney dysfunction; 2. Infection occurred within 1 month before surgery and body temperature >=37.5 degree after admission; 3. Patients with diabetes and severe anemia; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Participated in other clinical trials.
