18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. With symptoms and signs of cervical degenerative disease; 3. With complete clinical data and cervical MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular accident; 2. Multiple sclerosis ; 3. Demyelinating disease ; 4. Cervical spine fracture and cervical instability in recent or old trauma center; 5. History of cervical spine surgery; 6. Cervical spine tumor ; 7. Congenital fusion of cervical vertebral body ; 8. Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine; 9. History of myelitis, peripheral neuropathy, etc.
