18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting indications of mechanical ventilation, such as lack of protective airway reflex; 2. Complete clinical data; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years; 4. Stay in ICU >=24h; 5. Endotracheal intubation mechanical ventilation; 6. NRS 2002 score >=5 or NUTRIC score (not including IL-6) >=5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ventilator pipeline leak > 10%; 2. Anal temperature BBB 0 38.5 degree, high fever; 3. Dialysis and blood purification for renal failure; 4. Metabolic diseases such as diabetes and hyperthyroidism; 5. Brain death; 6. Mechanical ventilation oxygen concentration > 60%; 7. Frequent adjustment of vasoactive drugs is needed; 8. restless, unable to cooperate with the examination.
