Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1-12 months; 2.Two pediatric anesthesiologists confirmed the need for arterial catheterization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Infection at the puncture site; 2.Malformation at the puncture site; 3.Allen test is positive; 4.Family members refuse to participate in this study.
