18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Above the age of 18; 2. The previous treatment (such as antitumor therapy, immunotherapy, related surgery, etc.) of the patients with pathological and immunohistochemical diagnosis did not affect the treatment effect; 3. The lesions were measured according to RECIST criteria (the diameter of the primary lesions was greater than 1.0cm3); 4. Surgical tissue or adequate biopsy tissue can be obtained from metastatic lesions or primary lesions; 5. No clinical diagnosis of other malignant tumors, unstable complications or uncontrolled infection; 6. ECOG PS score :0-2; 7. Life expectancy of more than 6 months; 8. Main organs function normally; 9. The subjects voluntarily participated in this study, signed the informed consent, followed up, and the compliance was good.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not enough tumor tissue can be obtained through surgery or biopsy; 2. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 3. Patients with peripheral nervous system disorders caused by diseases or with a history of obvious mental disorders and central nervous system disorders; 4. Patients with severe infection or active gastrointestinal ulcer need treatment; 5. Allergy to chemotherapy drugs or contraindications to surgery; 6. History of other malignant tumors; 7. Severe liver diseases (such as cirrhosis), cardiovascular diseases, kidney diseases, respiratory diseases, hematological diseases or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; 8. To participate in or participate in other clinical trials within one month.
