Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the DSM-iv diagnostic criteria for alcohol dependence; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Han nationality; 4. Male; 5. CIWA-Ar score <11 points; 6. Can complete related scale evaluation; 7. The education level is junior high school and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who additionally suffered from other Axis I psychiatric disorders according to DSM-iv and any previous or current substance dependence other than nicotine use according to DSM-iv; 2. Significant underlying medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease); 3. Receive any pharmacological treatment altering alcohol craving, such as acamprosate, aripiprazole, quetiapine, baclofen or nalmefene; 4. Those who are claustrophobic or have metal implants may not be suitable for MRI testing 5. Informed consent cannot be signed.
