Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Postmenopausal women aged 60 to 69 years; 2.Willing to keep exercising; 3.No contraindications to exercise ; 4.No rheumatoid arthritis, no joint replacement surgery; 5.No smoking; 6.No history of hormone (estrogen) replacement therapy, or prior use of drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as glucocorticoids, warfarin, methotrexate, bisphosphonates, vitamin D, vitamin K and calcitonin; 7.No regular exercise habit in the past year((less than three times a week for 30 minutes of exercise).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other diseases affecting bone metabolism: gonads, parathyroid, thyroid disease; 2.Cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, liver or kidney disease; 3.Reference BMD, excluding those T-score > -1 and < -2.5 ; 4.Patients with severe spinal deformation, such as severe scoliosis; 5.Subject does not have the ability to conduct normal daily existence dyskinesia.
