Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2.Patients underwent simultaneous bilateral total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of end-stage hip diseases; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade was i-iii grade ; 4.Tranexamic acid administrated.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cerebrovascular accident and neuropathy; 2.Patients with cardiopulmonary disease and hepatorenal disfunction; 3.Patients with severe anemia, hypovolemia, and coagulation disorders; 4.Patients with refactory hypertension and peripheral vascular diseases.
