20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer stage I to III; 2. Four months to less than two years after the surgery; 3. The chemoradiotherapy was finished.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had communication or language barriers and were unable to complete questionnaires independently or with staff help; 2. Had cancer metastasis, severe disease deterioration and severe psychiatric disorders; 3. Had a history of acute suicide; 4. Had lesions of organic mental disorders and dementia; 5. Unable to perform exercise of moderate and above intensity.
