Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women of 6-13+6 weeks; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy was diagnosed in our hospital according to thyroid function screening in early pregnancy; 4. Signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy outcome follow-up was not possible; 2. Withdrawal from the project during follow-up; 3. People with other systemic serious autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney, lung and other important organs; 5. People who adjusted the daily dose of LT4 tablets randomly; 6. Those who failed to complete fecal sample collection of the second trimester due to abortion or loss of follow-up; 7. Drug history of affecting thyroid function; 8. Life history of endemic goiter disease area; 9. History of mental illness.
