Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Good health, no cardiovascular disease, no muscle damage and soreness, no neurological diseases, no strenuous exercise in the past 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For any cardiovascular disease, lung disease, muscle aches, muscle strain, and other physical discomforts, as well as experiencing high intensity or strenuous exercise within 2 weeks.
